Before paying
This website does not accept payments or provide an instant purchase option. Pricing, scope, milestones, payment terms, and applicable refunds will be specified in writing before any charge is requested. No blanket “no refunds” rule is presumed.
Cancellation
To request cancellation, email [email protected] and identify your agreement. We will respond under the agreement and applicable law. Requests do not waive any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
Credit-service legal safeguards
If a service is governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, Florida rules, or other consumer laws, statutory restrictions on advance fees, disclosures, and cancellation rights prevail, including where applicable the federal right to cancel within three business days. Contracts must disclose these rights before engagement.
Billing questions
If you believe a billing error occurred, email us so we can review it. This does not restrict rights you may have with your card issuer or payment processor.
